Because I'm still interested in the serious side of it. Micronations interest me, I know some things that could make this a little more interesting.
Atleast SOMEONE is interested to the real project. The not so serious side is the troll-zone. But I never go there unless everyone starts to think it incorrectly as a troll instead of this being serious.
