Basically you need a pattern (pretty much whatever you want, repeating patters work best) and convert it to a .vtf file. Pull up the workbench by typing "workshop_workbench" into the csgo console. Pick a weapon, pick a finish and select your pattern through the drop down and there you go, your own custom wepon!
