Believe me, the panic will set in on the last or second to last day, that's the highest the price will get for several months, and then it will dropuh, you do know you can craft all of those fall update items.
i mean, the festives will be like last year, slowly rising. it may take a while to see any noticeable increase, but they will rise.

one thing you guys can do with parts that dont look right together is blending, which is taking the misc. shapes and making two parts into one. my smg on page 3 and a few of my weapons up top use blending. its a really handy thing to learn.

my family owns a house next door that was abandoned for the longest time, i had fun exploring it. other than that there's not much in the way of abandoned buildings to explore around here.
