I guess my goal is to craft something with a craft number <100

Really not that hard in theory, just wait for a big update where dozens of hats become craftable and if you're quick enough you have a shot at thousands of possible <100 crafts.

In actuality luck is a bitch though. I crafted ~12 times during one major update and got nothing, while my friend got a #4 after just one.

apparently, according to the bl2 wiki, seraph's are basically lege uniques, in the same way quest rewards are blue uniques. same class...but different? i dunno.

Idk, havent gotten to seraphs yet. IMO uniques are about as equal to legendaries, cause they're both weapons that do something special, 'cept uniques aren't usually as good and are guaranteed rewards.

And for exactly the same reason they look dumb on most people despite their thoughts otherwise: Fedoras are meant to be worn with fancy clothing, which the Spy and Medic have access to while others for the most part do not

scout is close, but not as much. There's so many better hats than the fed fightin fedora.

fedoras look dumb, especially on soldier. The soldier needs SOMETHING AWESOME

The only class fedoras look remotely good on is spy (and maybe scout/med) but other than that they all look dumb.

I'd say Conference Call because that's the only one I own 

I've gotten dropped a few, the only ones i really liked were the maggie and the slagga, too bad you can only get one on each playthrough. Half the time all I get are those legendaries that have boosted damage and do pretty much nothing else. Those aren't fun :C

I did hack the slots to try all the legendary weapons out though, the conference call was badass.

Anyways most of the salvaged stranges are dropping like a rock. iirc the mackerel was 13 keys a while ago now its down to like 8.

one time though someone unboxed a nuts n bolts steel toe or something from a crate 30
that was like, a 20 key loss

fun factoid of the day:
Almost all nuts and bolts steel toes are owned by the same guy. He currently has 31 of the things, including 4 dupes. He has a c/o of 15 pure for the set.
