Very nice. Keep up the good work. Maybe even use similiary scripts to replace projectile emmitters for things such as the Default RL.

So like. Use the emitter from the back of a rocket as your jets?  That would be cool.  Though I don't think it would look very good at slow speeds.  Maybe if it was the emitter on the jetpack...

Just some new jets I made a while back.  

I uploaded this to rtb a while back but for some reason it just, dissapeared.  It wasnt failed, It was just, gone.  Im not even sure if they ever looked at is. :o But whatever.

Stuff You Should Know
Removes the jet dust particle.  -  The particle just didn't match this type of jet.
I got the script from Narco.  Then I made it look decent.

Okay, unifying faces.

To do this just select all of the faces.
(Click the face of one object, then hold shift and click the other faces you need.)

Then just click Unify and Center


So yeah.  Thats it.

Good job on the constructor section.  Though you have yet to explain the vertex, face, and brush tools at the bottom of the screen.  The face tool is very important when messing with textures as you can select multiple faces on different objects and unify them so it looks like one object.  I'd give a pic but im on my iPod and it's like, 2:14 here. :o. Goodnight.

It's pretty hard to classify my server...  It can range anywhere from TDM to Freebuild to Hangout to Experimental.  I even delved into making a City RPG once. If I had to I would just classify my server as,"Erratic".

I think the best servers are the ones with just "Server" as their title.  The host is almost always there, experimenting with some build or event or something.  And he usually just let's you do whatever as long as you don't spam or anything...   It's just like what a Freebuild SHOULD be.  Only it's got a different name. ;)

all the interiors i make in Torque Constructor my Blockhead can simply Walk Threw them like there not there.

There are three possible problems I can think of.

1. When you were making your interior, you used CSG. When it breaks your object into pieces it leaves atleast one of those pieces overlapping with another piece.  Torque can't handle this so it screams at you in german and doesnt let the objects collide.

2. You have two objects colliding in some other way.

3. You didnt export correctly.  To export correctly, save the file, close torque, reopen torque, load the file, and without changing the file beforehand export as a legacy dif.


If you can't fix the file you're working on, try exporting a simple cube.

Ontopic: Make a volcanic style map next. Like the inside of a volcano with platforms to build on.
Hmmm...  I've never liked volcanoes.  They always look stretched and stuffty.
Though I agree, if you do make a volcano put platforms you can build on inside.
To many a volcano has been ruined by an uneven bottom.
