Is it just me, or is the Javelin's beeping noise when locking on really, really loud?

Is there any way to turn it down other than nearly muting my effects volume?

Isn't this the rover that will find out if there's any water at Mars?

Because I remember that that last rover caught it's wheel on the surface, and by accident, it found salt. And when salt, there is water.

I need to start playing this again. I uninstalled ArmA II in order to gain space to play gmod 13 with my friend. (Yes, I have pretty low disk space 99% of the time. Just because of my stupidity, I partitioned only 100GB to the windows side of my computer. Yup, I have a mac.)

Updated the topic. I will still be working on it off, and on. I am currently looking for a logo to slap at the top.

In other words, we should be looking for a release in fall, so probably in a couple of months.

I really hope they're not like Valve, delaying everything and all.


Anyways, here I go to play Age of Chivalry to fill me craving for this game.

What is Chivalry?
Chivalry is a sequel to a HL2 mod titled; Age of Chivalry.
This time, the developers (Torn Banner Studios) are making this cinema-based combat system into a full standalone game, powered by the Unreal Engine.

What is this combat system all about?
The combat system is supposed to be based upon the action scenes you see in medieval movies. Fast-paced, and punishing.
The combat is also very, very detailed. Featuring extremely precise hit detection, and fast-paced action.

Bump. I am trying to register, but the system seems to be really hacky.

I tried registering and everything, but apparently my email was already used.

Then, I went directly to the site and tried to register there, but apparently now the name AND email was being used.


What is going on here? It's really starting to piss me off.

EDIT: It's just me being an idiot. Apparently I did in fact register earlier.

I don't think it would make much sense unless it is enabled along with the blood and gore mod.

It just doesn't seem right to have bloody effects on the 1st person view, and then have OUCH's on the outside.


I think this would have potential if the screen effect related to what's on the outside.
