You are supposed to add an empty and named it Detail32.

Then parent the whole models and armatures to it.

Then add another empty and name it Shape.

Then parent Detail32 to Shape.

I do not know if milkshape has Detail32, but make sure the all of the objects are parented to it.

A simple problem I've found is that you simply forget to parent it to Detail32.
