I would have to disagree, Badspot knew in advanced that there were mods that other people have made. He could have worked around these to prevent all these issues or he could have done what he did. And you try to make a mod that is compatible to something that hasn't even been made. Not that easy, 'Aye?
I don't get your logic here. Why would he work around these modifications to keep mods compatible? The mods are based off the game - Not the other way around. Yes, he probably did know that it would stuff up a few add-ons. But it isn't his job to make sure the add-ons work with the game, it's his job to make sure the game works
to his liking.
