My history class was assigned to do a griot/poem/rap about something in our life so I decided to be 3origonal5u and do a BelAir parody.

In South Florida I was born and raised
Watchin' TV's how I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool
Playin' on my Gamecube when I get home from school
Then my mom came in, she was lookin' to clash
Wasn't happy bout' the grades in my class
I talk back one little time and her temper flared
She said; "Oh now you done it, you better be scared!"

I begged and pleaded with her day after day
To give me back my Gamecube but she told me; "No way!"
Then I said; "Aw forget it, just look at the time-
I'll never play my games, not even Metroid Prime"

Any suggestions before I read this in front of my class today?

Drama / Nails- Words Cannot Describe

Ok, so here I am chilling at A-Specs Throw Mod server. I'm sitting on CCA's lap and Nails joins. He promptly leaves the minigame, removes me from CCA's lap and throws me into the lava. I ask him why and get no response. I call CCA over, because she(he? She has gender confusion at the moment) was AFK. A huge battle ensues. I'm gonna give you the TL;DR version:

Nails breaks a bunch of stuff with wand
Cca reloads bricks
Nails threatens Cca's admin position
Cca tells him to stop loving around
Nails keeps using various threats such as "I could ban you right now" and "I'm going to de admin you"
Everyone sides with Cca because Nails is acting like a baby
A-Spec joins at this point
Nails gets de-admined
Nails goes on a temper tantrum

At this point, he logs on through RTB hosting's console acsess and starts spamming the chat and asking for ludicrous requests. He was removed, but he didn't reload the tab and already has access.

The best highlight: "Make me super admin and cohost now or I take over the server" I don't have a pic of that line because I could not page up that far.

There's always those people on City RPG's that rage over everything. Redstoneguy is one of them.
I thought this was funny and I'd like to share it with you all.


The context is that spamming music is against the rules. I saw him messing with music bricks, 4 of them in a row to be exact, and I asked him not to use them all. He responded with placing Nyan Cat on all of them and it was absolute ear rape. I kicked him and he started flipping so I had to ban him.

General Discussion / How much resources does dedicated hosting take for Blockland?

I'm getting a new computer soon and I was wondering if hosting dedicated from my laptop instead of my new desktop would noticeably lessen the resource usage. Say, if I was browsing the internet and listening to iTunes in the background, would it slow down the server if I hosted on the desktop?

Planned specs for new desktop:
A8 5600k
EVGA GTX 650ti Boost
8 gig Gskill ram
7200RPM WD Blue

Help / JVS "You are not permitted to make content bricks"

When anyone on my server tries to make a content brick, it spits out "You are not permitted to create content bricks" center print in red text. I don't see a restriction in my prefs, but here's a weird thing.


I've downloaded and installed this fix from another help topic, and it's worked perfectly until now. I haven't installed anything since my last time hosting, and it worked fine then. It actually stopped working mid hosting yesterday. Any ideas what it is?

Drama / Glass's Trench Wars Administration Problem

I don't know why I thought we would get active admins along with the new update. Apparently we got admins that permaban you for reporting their orbing and invincibility. Glass has a grudge against me, so he's ok with Ravencroft teleporting around.

Help / JVS content is admin only

Hey guys. So I'm trying to host a sever, but when a non admin player tries to use JVS it spits out "JVS content is admin only", or something along those lines. I don't see any preferences to turn this off. Any idea how to fix it?

Off Topic / Can I have a browser that isn't a steaming pile of stuff?

OK so I'm pretty upset right now. This started a week ago.
I use Chrome as my primary browser. Until yesterday it was the only browser installed. Chrome is good, but recently it's started loving up by not loading Youtube videos, loading pages in HTML only and random cache errors when I go back (primarily 4chan). I got sick of reloading 3 times just to watch a Youtube video so I installed Firefox. I customized it to my liking and it worked fine. For a day. Now it's loving up Youtube just like Chrome is. Here is a pic:
I can't make Firefox not do this. Now Chrome is working fine, but I doubt it will stay like this for long.
Also Blockland Fourms takes over a minute to load.

Does anyone know what the forget do?

Sups guys. So it's summer and I want a lot of stuff but I'm too lazy to get a job. What do? Sucker people into paying $30 for a virus scan, that's what do. How did I do on my website. Any tips for improvement? Should I post in Craigslist?

Off Topic / Windows 8 Start menu broken!

So I was playing Minecraft and my computer told me it was going to shut down in 15 minutes to preform updates. I manually restarted after saving everything and let it do it's thing. Now when I boot it up, it comes to a completely blank start screen. I wasn't sure if this was Microsoft's forget up, so I preformed some virus scans (Windows Defender and Malware Bytes). WD didn't find anything, but MB did. I said I had a few things in the registry. I installed and used a registry fixer earlier in the week to fix a folder that I forgeted because it would not let me use the snipping tool. The registry fixer worked, but it might have left the viruses behind. MB found 8 things, 6 were in the registry.

That program was suggested from a website telling you how to repair your registry.

I can still get to my desktop, but I have to dink around by searching for an image file and open it. That takes me to the desktop with the image file up.

Is anyone else having this problem? Again- I just installed Microsoft updates and this happened.
