Step 2: Create a vehicle spawn above the vehicle, uncollide it
Step 3: Spawn a pirate cannon or tank turret above the vehicle, it will fall down and go in the driver seat of the vehicle below
Step 4: Spawn more vehicles above it until all slots are filled
Step 5: Give it to kalph
