I may consider not getting a remote server. It all depends on the opinion of the community.

The community has spoken.

Don't use a central server, it adds something else to go wrong. I have no doubt you'd be hosting it and we know how reliable your connection is. Just use the direct method.

It's not an issue anymore. There's a chunk save/load system.

You should update the OP

SCSI drives work fine. I've never had a problem with an IBM SCSI and an NVidia SCSI PCI Adapter.

I never said there was anything wrong with them. Just most people don't have them kicking about.

This is a SERVER not a desktop, the main issue will be due to the cooling systems it will be far too loud to use as a normal desktop. Trust me they're louder than you would expect.

Additionally, the site offering it for $31 will almost certainly not include the hard drive controllers or caddies, and even if it does they will likely be SAS (Serial attached SCSI) drives which are not the usual SATA or ATA drives. You'll end up spending more getting it to work than 2 or 3 regular desktops.

In summery nope.

Yes but it stops further, possibly more malicious users from getting it. Ultidias, if you read this you must change your password.

What the forget is that stuff coming out of your mouth?

The fact that everyone dislikes you would trigger some kind of realisation in non idiotic people. If you aren't trolling and are genuinely like this I legitimately feel sorry for you and the people you know.

You could do what I did: Purchase a minimal computer and upgrade the forget out of it.
Only thing with that is that most of those come with really cheap and awful motherboards and power supplies.

Thank you! I will look through these

Blaze's $508 build would be perfect for you.
