I'm not going to pay $50,000 for an electric car just because I should feel bad about the earth.

It's not just feeling bad. I live on a mountain and I still do all I can to conserve and reduce emissions. People's houses are going to be flooded by the thousands as the ice melts. Just because it isn't yours, or that it seems slow, doesn't mean you should not care either. There's a reason OP calls it an emergency.

Why do some people choose to ignore those who spend their careers studying the climate, and then listen to those who aren't in the field but would benefit greatly from covering it up?

Rocketman should have more air control.

Rocketman could already be arguably the most annoying class for slower bosses. Being able to change direction in midair would make combating a rocket jumper near impossible.

Well Uganada definitely has large amount of people who hate homoloveual, but I don't quite agree with labeling a whole country anti gay for some reason. Hell, we even have progressive nations like Germany which still haven't legalized gay marriage.

According to Pew, 96% of Ugandans think homoloveuality is a way of life that nobody should accept in society. Ugandan newspapers seek out gay people, put their faces and names on the front page and try to get them at best harrassed until they run away. Sometimes killed. Not to mention the huge stink over a bill in which "repeat offenders" of homoloveuality would be punished by death. I posted a link to a documentary of gays in Uganda.
It's very safe to say Uganda is anti-gay as a whole, when both the government and overwhelming majority of citizens despise it to the point of violence.

I am fairly good at HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery, and have a decent website that makes use of all of that. However, I am completely self-taught, and therefore don't have much knowledge on 1. Good practices 2. Keeping it looking good in all browser sizes 3. Making it look good in the first place. Does anyone here have advanced knowledge of Web Design that is willing to give me feedback and advice on my current web project?

I literally just watched a documentary on this. A gay man went into Uganda and told the person who wrote the Kill the Gays bill he was gay. He almost got arrested and imprisoned for life, as well as the tapes of the interview seized.

This is what happens when religious fundamentalism takes over a country. Watch out for anti gay politicians here lest we end up like this intolerant hellhole.
