You should know what ratios are.

It's pretty obvious that he means $3.08 : 1

Mine is $0.58, I have almost all the weapons and lots of regular hats, no unusuals and very few vintage and genuine things

But putting the ram into the mobo is the easiest thing to assemble
And the CPU is really easy too, you really should pay more than the raw parts cost
