You know what we mean.
Yes. I wasn't trying to correct you, I was trying to clarify the point for people who don't know otherwise

Is liquid cooling better than air however?
Yes, that would be the pro to make the cons worth it

in some cases, but for a first time build, i wouldnt reccomend doing a liquid cooling loop, just get some corsair liquid cooling system off newegg.
Not sure what you're saying here, but if you're saying he should get a liquid system I disagree. Unless he's going for ridiculous OC's (which I severely doubt, based on the fact that it's his first), air should do the trick perfectly.

That's because intel video cards do not exist. Intel video cards are actually intel processors doing the work of a processor and a weak gpu. This is why "they" suck, not because they have bad build quality. Intel CPUs are actually the best in the business

I'm still wondering if I should go with water cooling or air for my first build, I am planning to overclock.
Can anyone give me some pros and cons about water cooling and air for a first time computer builder?
For a first time build, definitely go with an air-cooled system.

Liquid cooling loops are more expensive than air, more complicated, and there's more room for disaster (if anything leaks, you'd better hope the fluid is non-conductive).

It's just we hear this all the time and we get annoyed by it.
Oh my, you've just validated my entire argument
"It's just we [see spam computer threads] all the time and we get annoyed by it."

Well played, but I believe this argument is definitively over

It's still rude to post, jeez. Like I said, the reason we say that is because it's rude and it's just plain stupid to say.

Why does everything have to be in a goddamn megathread. It doesn't really loving matter. well, except for my little pony, but you know what I mean...
A lot of things are rude to post, but that doesn't usually stop anyone (see example in last post). So... give that argument a rest.
Megathreads exist because they keep a lot of people in the same place. I barely check offtopic ever, unless there's a thread I'm watching. I always check the computer megathread, though, because that's a thread where I know I can give advice and help out, as well as present some of my own problems.

The computer megathread gets offtopic often. It's also pretty rude to just yell at someone "post your stuff somewhere else" rather than actually HELP the person. It contributes nothing.
Doesn't mean a question won't be answered. And it didn't help OP much for the rest of you to say "go post your stuff somewhere else" to me, rather than actually HELP the person. It contributes nothing.

You were. The reason people said "forget off" so many times is that you guys always demand for topics like this to just be posted in the megathread.

Stop it, it's getting annoying.
So you really think that the two sentence OP couldn't have possibly fit into a megathread dedicated to computers. He's not the only one, there are at least 10 similar topics posted every week in this board. Topics that the megathread literally do nothing but talk about

No it doesn't need to.

Stop overreacting.
I'm not overreacting. Five different people saying "no forget you" is overreacting.

Where in the rules does it say that he has to?
idk why you morons get so pissed off when people create a new thread about computers / parts, he doesn't have to post it in the megathread.
forget off. that topic is so spammed with stuff that it isnt helpful to people. nor can a person hold a discussion there.

all megathreads are for cigarettes
no one would listen to him in the topic, there's too much stuff going on in there
Piss off.
Oh please, it's a simple question and it belongs in the megathread

how are you so sure
Because of
please tell me it gets better
like all the populated servers right now are roleplays and TDMs primarily filled with 12 year olds
and
he went from buying a key to hating this game so
and
there is a dedicated thread for this, just saiyan
(follow this quote link)

and also the proven fact that at least 90% of all people who post "just got the game" topics turn out to be alts. Every time I see one, I take an educated guess on whether they're alts or not. I haven't been wrong yet
