Yes thank you. Go get Uxie to give me a picture like that.
I say yes, very well done.Goddamn it you don't get a vote!!!
I doubt it'd help, since the console doesn't print anything after "Peejster spawned".And it doesn't crash when you don't have it enabled?
yeah, but I don't think there is a "getShapeNameColor" function. Even then, it wouldn't have a list of team names with colors you could compare it to.Hilarious.
an easier way of seeing what team you're on is to press tab and look at your clothes.
(IN-GAME)Name: TurtleeyWell the amount of text you've written is promising.

What you are applying for: Scripting, Filming & Editing.
Reason For Applying: Ever since I was a child, I've always had an extreme interest in cinematography and creative writing. At the age of 7, I entered my school's writing contest and won first prize. At the age of 10, I acquired a home video camera and made dozens of home movies with my friends and siblings using no more than a bungee cord and a fishing pole to create unique camera angles.
Directing and writing are one of my two most passionate hobbies, and I want to find a group of people as dedicated to it as I am, forming something of complete quality and originality as a team. I find this a unique experience to make friends with similar interests and form a trusting bond with other players.
Experience for the branch/branches in which you are applying for: I use Full Fraps for Filming, and Vegas 9 Platinum for editing. I've used Vegas since December, and Fraps...as long as I can remember trying to make movies in various games. A few years. As for writing...Well, take my word, but I can easily mix up a little story (as long as I'm presented with an outline) for you to rate. I don't have any problem with it. For videos themselves...I'm going to be honest and admit one of my flaws. Occasionally, when writing, I'm sitting there thinking and I think of a great original interesting story/scene. I plan out the script for the first few minutes, go into the game and film some of it, but then the "great original interesting story/scene" seems old, boring and bland, and I lose interest, with the unrendered clips still lurking in the "Movies" folder. Hopefully, however, this only happens when I'm filming alone with bots and no one to refresh the idea - we'll see. Thank you all for reading.
@Offices
L office, please.
EDIT:
Last-minute notes - I'm =KoL= Turtleey [RG] on Steam. If you don't mind, I'll be adding you shortly, Freezecoolbr0. Thanks.
EDIT2:
I read through the last few pages about "you get instantly declined if you don't show experience". I'm going to start making a story and a video (that aren't connected, by the way) and put it there by tomorrow - maybe even today.
I see what you're going at and I like it. I'll try and toy with the idea as I can, and hopefully not affect the poll, which has already been going on.The two most voted for items are mixed together?
Sleven also has a valid point and I'll look into that as well and will get back on that.
If anyone has more recommendations I'll gladly look into them.
I don't know how else to better explain server commands.No, for client. I know how to structure a server command just fine. I want to be able to join any server, type tellTeam(); into the console and have it return either "You are not in a team" or "You are in team (whatever)".
If you want to be able to put a slash infront of something in chat and have something happen, you need it to be a server command. The structure for a server command is always like this.
function serverCmdCommandName(%client, %word1) - There can be something like 15 "%word#"s.
Also, your if statement is pretty handicapped looking.Code: [Select]if(%client.tdmTeam != -1)
messageClient(%client, '', "\c5You are in team" SPC %client.tdmTeam);
else
messageClient(%client, '', "\c5You not on a team.");
You can take the curly-braces out because there is only one statement to be ran if it evaluates true.
An else if is not required because there's only one alternative to what the first if is.
function tellTeam()
{
if(%client.tdmTeam > -1)
{
echo("You are in team "@%client.tdmTeam);
} else if(%client.tdmTeam = -1)
{
echo("You are not in a team!");
}
}I already have particle effects mounted to the player. I need to get it to spin 360 degrees in a circle vertically.You're going to have to set the emitter direction in the script, because theta degrees are not going to work like you want them to.
