Now that you're here, because I didn't mention it was a scat enthusiest,  This is my first scat-eating "artwork" I've ever done, so I think I shoI want a fair constructive response.uld be critiqued so I don't keep making stuff, if this is stuff. (which is delicious)
Please guys, I'm posting this because I want some info on how this is, not "sick scat eater! THIS SUCKS."
I drew a man eating his own feces because quite simply they're easy to draw.

You can get a mod that makes hired goons and dog meat where the become 'unconscious' instead of dead
