Hello I need help really fast D:

I'm about to host a server and have downloaded Hamachi and Minecraft_Server.exe and have everything set up but as I start MC_Server.exe, I do not get a server.txt file as I should.

 Help me because people are waiting :c

it's a server.properties file, and you open it in a text document editor
