WARNING: SPOILER!: Okay, so at the end you know there's a chopper. And how the advisors come in and rape Eli.
You ARE saved, but you have yet to even PREPARE the Helicopter in Episode 2.
Also, Steam might do a beta test, but it's probably randomly selected like TF2 was.
Or like L4D2 where if you preordered it, you got the demo.
