Use Audacity, and download the LAME file on the main page of Audacity.
Open the .ogg file, then click File > "Export as MP3.." Then save it somewhere.

I found a hilarious easter egg.
Go down the ramp behind you when you start the first level, and turn right, go straight, and turn right again so you are walking alongside the ramp. Open the door in between two pillars, and a ton of...somethings come out :3
