there's always gonna be the 1 frame physics delay, but i believe the buffer is a toggleable customizable amount, default set to 3.

also tfw not playing for awhile and pretty much re-learning the characters/game.  it feels good but also bad but also good.

so i came from playing smash 4 which has what, a 10 or 13 frame buffer?  then i switched to pm which has appx 3 (or was it just the 1 frame physics delay)??  it felt quite natural making the switch, and i hardly even noticed the buffer wasn't really there except for when i was practicing l cancels and wavedashes which took some time to get very consistently. 

now when i switch back to smash 4 i'm like "wait why am i jump-airdodging" when trying to JC-grab and wavedash, and all the movement just feels sluggish in comparison.  still a fun game, especially for friendlies and stuff, but i'd rather focus on pm since i feel the roster is much more balanced there.

also dash dancing.  that is the pretty much the biggest thing that i love about movement in PM (or in luigi's case, wavedash-dancing).  i can't do it in smash 4 and my neutral suffers for it a lot

I don't know if anybody's mentioned this previously, but when I use this and a hat mod the hat is removed upon closing the options or avatar menu.

dunno if you did end up looking into this issue, but I didn't see it on the planned changes list or changelog.  if you didn't, here's a reminder I suppose. 

Can't wait for v5; looks like it'll be wonderful.

OK I think they screwed up the item appearance rates.  even on low, they seem to appear unreasonably often.

I agree, but both might be up a bit, Corrin with the god-tier u-air and kill throws, and Bayonetta with her crazy combo potential.  I guess we will just have to wait for the next major tourney to see how they do there.
Even then it'll take some time past that, as it did with Cloud.
