it should take maybe 4 seconds to reload one of those in a hurry. (maybe 5)

3000 milliseconds is 3 seconds.

Every weapon has a range of course, I'm guessing the artillery will have one about the size of the mountain in The Slopes.

I actually think this is a very good idea. It would need a long reload time, though, to prevent having a bomb dropping every three seconds from a single artillery.

I guess that makes sense, especially if there are multiple artilleries
