I can't wait either.
This feature has so many possibilities; and the rewards are endless.
It provides plenty of issues to campaign over (job development, police investment, taxation, corruption) and it provides players with a feeling of equality, and power over their communal development.
If you want Iban, I'd love to build town hall.
If you don't want a town hall, then my first goal as mayor is to build one for future predecessors.
That brings me to another question I've been meaning to ask...
Will mayoral properties (Mayoral mansion/Town hall) be transferred to the next mayor's ownership upon completed election?
Or will there be no such thing as mayoral properties? After all, mayors can just steal out of the city coffers and make their own, nontransferable lots.
