20-50 should work fine.
Ask your parents for 20.

Work for another 50, and i'll get you 10-40

With that you could buy an 80 mW, which will last you for a good amount of time.

Meekl a 5 mW can't pop balloons.
Just because you see the same color light pop a balloon doesn't mean it's the same.

My dad recently got a 30 k raise (I know doesn't seem realistic)
So if i order something he'll only get halve as mad as normally
