If its connected in the same network use the Computer Name(eg WIN-LAPTOP,DESKTOP) Or look for the pc in network and right click and click connect with remote... Also to use it you need a Pro version of Windows on the pc you want to connect to. In case you didnt know

Will it overwrite any saves or addons?No it will not as the game will be installed to the SteamApps folder. You will need to manually transfer your saves and addons.
