building's a bit weird.
lmb selects blocks, rmb resizes selection/moves selection around. Then mousewheel extrudes blocks. f1/f2/f3 (and all the function keys, for that matter) also do stuff. play around with it.

ive used ps and sai and like sai a bit better, personally. photoshop is hella powerful, but i like sai a bit more because its more lightweight, faster on my machine, and the stroke correction is always a plus. painting and blending in sai is pretty nice, but i dont really paint much, so w/e.
there are some annoying limitations though, which is why i sometimes just bounce my sai project to a photoshop one and work from there.

yeah, there's no official outfit in the game, so QR codes are best.
but to use the codes, you have to talk with Sable for a week straight so you can get the sewing machine.
