One thing I love computers if I had a hundred I wouldn't give one to anyone two I have clue of what I'm talking about cause I WORKED with computers before third of all it possible is your connection through your local internet provider of its just that everythings turned off in your house.
I'm running ona USB two of them just to get good internet aand don't judge my thinking with this stuff I learned from my brother and a good friend of mine.

Check all the other connections and see if there are any other channels to switch to if not your stuff out of luck depending if you use USB or is connected by wire and what service, megabites, and quality.

My house is haunted its the oldest in the neighbor hood.
1950-1959 those dates were when it was built but anways, I keep hearing these noises in the house like the sound of a door or a person walking outside, but sometimes in mirrors I see thin white bloches and the move and disapeer its freaking me out.
