I had just watched the first episode and after it ended i got a combination of a fever
and a horrible case of indigestion.

Not that i dont like it....

But it was so sudden in the start.

You Are correct sir! it is a WW2 gun!
But it is called a M2 browning or 50.cal "NOT 1911"
The 1911 is a US pistol thats been in service for over 75 years.
The 1911 was made by the Colt company.
So many people call it a Colt 1911 or Colt .45
But a mounted machine gun is a good idea. :D
