Same thing with wild boar, they eat everything and anything and tend to carry disease. Which probably where the whole eating pigs is a sin thing came from because people were getting sick all the time. However farm pigs are safe to eat since we tend to bread healthier and leaning pigs and give them a good diet.Not to mention all the lovely casino left overs they consume
