Despite how little faith I have in the US, I know for a fact that we have enough nuclear weapons to level North Korea. I vote we just sink the whole country.

We won't ever do that due to most of our citizens being pussies. A nuclear leveling is also not needed. We should attempt to put down the threat without risk of extensive land mass radiation.
