But who do I chat to exactly? Where are they located?

The game instantly teleports you to where you need to go after your stuff is taken. It's harder to explain than if you just do it. Just don't worry about losing your stuff.

All you have to do is chat with somebody before you get the stuff back. The game pretty much does it for you, so no worries. The chat also happens right after your stuff is taken.

Somebody recap for me.

Herp left RV.
Herp found Miko.
Herp and Miko compromised as I showed up.
We came back to the RV.
I remembered I never got gas.
I told you to fix the punctured gas tank before I left with Miko because she broke the tank in the first place.
Herp tagged along.
We're still at the gas station.

We got the chick and I just left. 
She beat the crap out of Kieth and I before we could convince her. 

1. You're spelling Keith wrong.
2. I only got a minor cut and loss of my weapon.

I examined every inch of the room. An empty room, locked up with a chain. Is there something I'm missing, or am I just stupid? I started putting my eye one centimeter away from the wall to examine it. Did the same with the floor, but couldn't with the ceiling. "What the hell..." I muttered.

I look at the others from the window, which actually spanned across the entire from of the gas station, and looked in the room again. Completely empty.

I finally manage to cut though the chain. I place the bonesaw back in my duffle and prepare to open the door, unsure of what would be on the other side. I slowly pull the door open, shocked at what I see. Jack nothing. "Why would an empty room..." I mutter, looking around inside.

Behind the counter I see a door. It's locked with a chain, but that's nothing my bonesaw can't cut through! I stop shoveling unhealthy food into my duffle, climb over the counter and have at the chain with my saw.

"You guys get the gas, I'll look for stuff inside." I say as I head for the door. The door was locked, so I head around back to avoid having to break glass. The back door wasn't locked, so I entered and started putting candy and chips into my duffle bag. The coat was taking up a lot of room, so I let it rest on my shoulders.
