I look at him, disappointed, and sniff the last bootprint. After doing so, I shove my nose into the ground and begin sniffing. The scent of his boot and slight blood is still there. I begin following the scent, nose glued to the ground, right out the door.

I have to tell somebody about this! I dash back to where I had my head in the vent and look for somebody that would do something. The man I urinated on or the woman with a great taste in pants. I'll take both thank you. I bark, run towards the direction of the back exit a few feet, turn around, run the few feet back, and repeat multiple times.

I stop barking, noticing the scent is now a dead person. I pull my head out of the vent and run out into the halls. I almost slip as I turn to run to the stairs. I scale said stairs and enter the room where the scent is coming from. I look at the crazy, just to see him with a pillow in his lap and a boot print on his face. Then, the same boot print in blood leads out of the room. Forgetting about the dead crazy, I follow the trail of boot prints until I reach the back exit of the hospital, where the prints end. I tilt my head as I look at the opened door. Who the hell could that have been?
