The radio Max had at his table suddenly erupts into static. A voice can be heard. "Hello? Is anybody there? You can't respond to this, what am I doing... Anyways, I'm out of gas in my boat. I just only brought enough to get out of California. This crazy situation is everywhere. Vegas, New York, DC, Russia, everywhere. It's not a big boat, but it managed. It won't make it back though... My dog is all that had me from going insane... But he won't make it very long out here, and if he does, thank the Lord..."
