First I would grind my sneak and lockpick skill to about 80, break into your room in the dead of night undetected, place a recharger rifle that needs repairs in your closet, kill somebody with MY recharger rifle, repair it, frame you, get you sent to jail, use Confirmed Bachelor to talk you into breaking out to be with me, help all the prisoners escape the jail leaving it in rubble, take you to The Tops where I killed all the workers, meaning I get to keep my weapons, take you to the Presidential Suite, have you walk into the bedroom, place a Plasma Grenade in your pocket, shut the door, listen for you to blow up, raid your body of everything, place your corpse next to Benny's, and take your possessions to the Legion to turn in the quest.
