Yeah, the i7 was an idea. I figured that the only (general) difference is Hyper-Threading. I don't use any hyper-threaded programs so I figured that I would save the $90 and go with the i5.

In a future update you should smooth out the roosterpit area. The boxy form of it isn't very attractive.

9800's in SLi are about the same as a 280. I'll probably just buy some after-market heatsinks so I can get them working again. If I do buy those heatsinks I'll probably end up overclocking them too.
EDIT: I would probably get two of these. Not from Newegg though.

The 9800 is actually a decent card. I could run them in SLi if I bought a new heatsink for my other one. It's comparable to the GTS 250.

With my birthday just finishing I need something to spend my money on.
I've been planning this build for sometime and now that I have enough I might as well pursue it. I'm reusing some of my old components but it's mostly new.
