and realistically, the effect of noticing differences dosnt even work unless you are watching them one after another.
so had i watched this weekly as they aired, i would have given up much sooner. just terrible.
I can imagine. People were robbed of 7-8 weeks worth of episodes.

And while were at skipping episodes the episode 1/11/25 depending on the order, called "The Adventures of Mikuru Asahina Episode 00" is just the movie they were shooting for the previous three eps and it's stuffty and a horrible waste of time.

Why would you even need that many freaking keys?
With some games I've actually needed more than 4 extra keys. For example the PS controller has the d-pad = RDFG, 4 symbol keys = SWQA, shoulder buttons = ET, Start & Select = space & lalt, then if the emulator needs extra keys for something = ZXCVB etc.

what kind of inhuman beast are you
WHO USES RDFG*
What's wrong with it? It has the same layout as WASD.

I'd love to see that. I suck too hard to get past level 3
On my best run I managed to get to level 4 in under a minute. :D
Personally I find level 6 to be the most difficult and level 8 to be the most annoying.

I can get past the first level but this stuff happens to me a lot whyyyyy
also 10/10 GIF of the year
Yeah that is kind of difficult. When you jump too high with the initial jump you hit the wall and bounce back so much that you'll fall. You need jump less with the first jump if you want to get over the wall.

Alright here's a Stylish (FF/Chrome) script to make Happy Wheels run in full screen mode. Expect 1440p Happy Wheels within 5 days but hopefully today or tomorrow.

Woah. PointBreaker12 managed to beat level 1 with two jumps instead of three. I never managed to do that!

RDFG for movement; SW for AB; and QA, ZXC, ET, left alt, and space for various other keys.

Why would anyone use arrows keys. This way you have access to way more keys. I use this setup for any game that doesn't use the mouse.

I cant even get past jump one
You need jump, then jump again quickly after you land to jump even higher than before.

I made a map that shows the individual challenges.

Okay I can manage watching the almost same episode three times but who the forget though it would be a good idea to make the time loop episode last eight god damn episodes in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya? forget that. I'm skipping to ep 19 where it ends. Also loving what. The show has four god damn different episode orders for season 1 with season 2 mixed in depending on which order you go by why the forget is this show so god damn weird as stuff even down the god damn order of episodes. But I like it. But forget man. The writers must have been stoned as forget.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya PSA: If you're watching in 2009 broadcast order watch episodes 12 and 19 and trust me that episodes 13-18 are +90% identical content wise to episode 19 apart from the ending. The visuals are different, the audio has some changes, but script is almost identical. It's not worth your time. Why the forget did they do this. What a waste of time.

By Season 2 DVD episode order skip episodes 3-8.

Should you use 2.5 to model or 2.7? The knife tool introduced after 2.63 (the B-mesh update) is awesome
In my opinion you should always use the newest one.

but I would need 2.5 to make sure that I won't get n-gons.
All versions after 2.49b support ngons. You won't get any if you don't make any. Just stick to quads and tris. I think that some modifiers might make ngons but you can quickly get rid of them with Shift+Ctrl+Alt+M > Ctrl+T > Alt+J. (Ie. Select Non Manifold > Triangulate Faces > Tris to Quads.)

Does Blender count faces that have been mirrored but not applied?
Yes.

I only use it to avoid issues when getting the model into the game. I may switch someday.
As long as you save in legacy mesh format you will have no problems using 2.7. Apart from animation that is. Animations are not backwards compatible.

> first challenge

forget this I quit
I'm planning on making a video of how to beat it. You need to combine rejump and walljump which is an essential skill in this course. Jump and jump again a bit after you hit the ground to jump even higher into the air. Then turn left and jump off the wall. You don't even need a full jump for the first one, a third or so combined with a full one will be enough to clear the mine. As for the coin simply jump tilting slightly to the left and then jump off the wall to land back on the ledge.

I got unexplainable cravings to play Happy Wheels two weeks ago and disappointed by the lack of good quality levels (in general but especially pogo challenges) I decided to make my own. I've been working on this level for two weeks few hours a day every other day or so. It has gone through two major mechanics changes (each of which knocked off a difficulty point in my ratings) and one major design change. I've fine tuned, tested, and polished it to what I consider to be high quality. No "jump ov3r tis walls or ur jbiebs l0l noob RATE 5 IF YOU LIVE OR DIE" here. None of that stuff.

I came up with 12 major challenges and 3 minor challenges with a 4 left over that I couldn't fit in.

It is a difficult level. It used to a lot harder though. Masochist hard. Instakill traps, one chance at the challenges and so forth. I eventually reduced the traps to a fraction of their original amount because it loving sucks having to start over. In the final revision I removed them entirely including two challenges that were instakill trap based. Now your only enemy is the frailty of your own body. I would love to add checkpoints but sadly Happy Wheels does not have them. I'm sorry but your legs are weak and you need to finish the course.

It was supposed to have a Portal-esque laboratory visual style but it was work enough to create the challenges so I decided to keep a simplistic visual style.

I'd like it if you gave it a try and told me what you think about it. I actually put effort into this level. Each challenge is possible to complete without taking any damage. There are 7 coins to collect and 2 pogostick tokens.

Here's a map of the level.

Here's a map separating the individual challenges.

Edit: Oh motherforgeter. Right as I publish it I notice the wall at the start is a few pixels off. forget me.

No spoilers below.

Okay so I finished Soul Eater and I have some mixed feelings about it. It was something of a guilty pleasure for me. The fights were neat and the story was okay but the characters felt too stereotyped and one dimensional. (I mean come on... One of the main trio is a whiny emo bitch with a crippling OCD that more than once almost kills him.) It was just barely good enough to keep me engaged but overall I feel like I should have watched something else.

The first third of the 51 episodes has gratuitous fan service and the amount of deus ex machinas used increases linearly in the last third, culminating in the last episode where the amount of bullstuff is just overwhelming. The final few episodes were just completely ignoring logic and in-universe rules for the sake of being badass. This attack that used to be difficult to use and took a lot of strength? forget that let me use it all the god damn time. You might explain it with the uh... change of environment... or them getting several times stronger during a few episodes that's quite a stretch. My main problem is really with that loving semi-automatic death cannon. forget that.

The writers also sacrifice logic in plot points because some actions of certain characters do not make sense in the given situation but they did it anyway because it's cool I guess? One enemy was actually defeated with the power of motherloving friendship. They also squeezed in a mech fight. Mind you not mechanic robots but giant magical things. But it's still a mech fight. The show doesn't have the balls to kill off (non-evil) characters (not a spoiler) even though they had perfectly fine "death scenes".

I suppose it's a very very generic and typical shounen. If you're looking for a Dragon Ball Z set in a magical universe, fighting with actual weapons, no drawn out fights (2-3 episodes max for notable battles central to the story arc.) and a pretty small focused cast you might like Soul Eater. I gave it a 6 on MAL.

PSA: There are three Excalibur episodes that are pure filler. I recommend watching the first one (Legend of the Holy Sword) so you know what it is and the episode does have some plot but you can seriously skip Legend of the Holy Sword 2 and 3. The last two are 100% pure filler with no consequence to anything and they're not even funny apart from like two short scenes. Not worth your time.

Speaking of which. Why the forget was Excalibur in the final showdown? That makes no sense. The writers just wanted as much of the cast in the last battle as possible. Dumb.
