They have bigger images.

3.732,5 megapixels @ 1.5 GB

I've actually used that image. Here it is:

I spent a few hours this evening making three photos into a seamless texture.

The original Build Grid from this thread: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=199182.0
The grid gets more offset the further from the world center you go. I cannot do anything about that.

Blender 2.49b

...

Though I really don't think this is much of a test for the system, as it is the stability of the modeling program's engine...
Then why are you using five year old software. Blender has been improved by a lot in five years.

Also this.

wut
Are there any news from the developer about when the game will be fully released? Alpha/Beta/Steam Early Access =/= Full game. I want to play the full game when it's out. Not some early version of it.

Take the time to learn Blender. Much much more useful in the long run. Even just the basic. Ignore all the complicated stuff and things you don't need right now. You don't need to animate right away. Get rid of the timeline. Don't feel like learning how to texture? No need to learn about UV unwrapping. Stick with basic materials and colors. Eventually you'll want more than just colors. When you do, Google. Use the internal renderer first. When you feel like you've exhausted it's capabilities it try out Cycles. I still personally prefer the internal one since it's closer to what game engines are like.

News on release date?

How can I stop a player from doing the leaning animation while seated in a turret? Is it in the code?
No clue.

Thank you. Another question:
How does Raycasting work from a turret? Does it shoot from the player, from eyePoint? It seems to work for me at and around ground level, but I cannot raycast up in the air very well. Perhaps not even at all.
It should shoot from whatever bone you set it too shoot at. muzzlePoint is the traditionally used name but shootyPopPop should work just as well as long as you change it in the script.
