Modification Help / Accent node name?

What is the node name for that little feather you can put on some hats? I tried "accent" but it isn't working.

Press ESC, F3 to save render, and F11 to bring up last render. T brings up a handy toolbar from where you can recalculate normals and remove doubles. Good to do both of those every now and then to your model, especially before rendering. N brings up another useful toolbar.
