I remember trying this out like five times and each time dying within two days or something due to various reasons most commonly poisoning.

And if you are using Blender, there is a plugin of some sort to import OBJ files..obj importer comes as default for all Blender versions wroth using.
Look for Wavefront OBJ Importer/Exporter
It's near the bottom of the page.
It's more effort then it is worth to optimize it myself. Any common 3d modelling program comes with a 'remove un-needed vertices' thing by default.Sure you can remove double vertices (faces) with Blender but not vertices that are fully inside a mesh. (Unseen faces) That is a major drawback.
I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but I have neither the good recording device. I have a pretty good editing software, Adobe Premier.Same with the exception that I do have good recording software (and editing) but lack the dedication to actually make something like this. Then of course good builds would be required which I can't do.
Ooh, what about exporting builds as .blend files and such?Save > Convert to .obj with Destiny's converter > Import to Blender.
Already made by IbanHe means health bars for everyone on top of their heads. Not just for you in the GUI.

But what about such suggestions as better lighting and brick textures? Those do not pertain to RTB a Blockland update.http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?board=28.0
That tutorial is said to be really old. It is easier to use the EdgeSplit modifier to create smoothing groups. So I guess it's about time someone recreated the guide.
First of all, I think this has already been made.It doesn't mean this shouldn't be made.
Second, when you have health bars people retreat rather than finishing the battle when they are low on health rather than fighting. If you don't have health bars you can never know when to retreat, you may be winning the battle you may not. Who knows.
Never mind about the music thing then. But i was thinking that you can build you're own vehicle, I think theres a mod for it but it's Private i belieave.Discussed many, many times. It would be very laggy, buggy and generally not worth the effort.
I think there should be some music port system so you can loop music, Make it mono and .ogg easier. If I recall correctly it's 6 clicks in Audacity. Any music file to mono .ogg.
