And yes that's right.  Except for the last "whole around 30% have good English".  I don't know if that was a typo on your part, but he meant that very few deaf people have good grammar (30%).
It's not that hard to understand.

Relay? The opening movie with the valve logo crashes eventually when opening Half-Life 2. The game still runs, though. It's also crashed on me multiple times :/

I heard that Windows 7 is much less glitchy, but it hates Steam. Still better in general, I guess

What do you mean?  Steam works fine for me.
