Suggestions & Requests / Dedicated Minigame?

Every time i make a dedicated server if i have a minigame running it ends if i leave. You should make a minigame that runs all the time even if the owner of the minigame leaves the game or server.
Plz reply and tell me if you think this is a good idea or a bad one.
Ps: i know i already made a topic a day ago but im bored and on vacation and ive been thinking of idea's.
Good things that this idea will help with:
1. admins dont always have to leave then start minigame then end and start over and over
2. players can still enjoy the minigame even if admin isnt there
Bad things that this idea will cause:
1.players whining that they want to end minigame and tired of playing and want to build.
2.players never being able to leave.
Plz reply and tell me if you think this is a good idea or a bad one.

When you get hurt on left 4 dead your character gets slower and weaker , you should make an add on that when your person gets hurt he gets slower as well.
