In my experience, azumith just turns where it would go down in the "east" and "west"; any azumith with 90 elevation is still directly overhead.

Would it be possible to offset the sun so it is not 100% overhead at noon?

Dunno if it's been suggested or asked, but will there be a way to save these settings applied on a map and be allowed to share it, though a code or something? Or could it save to a specific map? Because, for example, you release a save you've worked on for quite some time, and you've made specific lighting settings and you want to share it so people who download the save can use the same settings.
there must be

to not do this would be a travesty

thats handicapped. if theres no way to make a skylands-type map, then people will have to use 100 brick supports to raise crap into the air so you can't see the ground (cant use interiors any more!)
Well, you said Skylands, not a skylands-type map.

cool your jets

Am I right to imagine scripts or events taking control of settings?

(i.e.
1. A red vignette appearing the closer you are to death
2. The lighting changing dramatically as you travel to different areas of a single-player adventure build
3. Shifting the sun to a different angle, setting it bright white, and returning it to the setting it was on a moment ago... perhaps accompanied with the sound of lightning?)

Also here's the comment I had ready before remembering Badspot blocked my Youtube comments ages ago in case he doesn't notice my plea (baddy pls)

Quote from: xC3110x moments after seeing the preview video
I can't believe it. I might be sick. ThshiHSISHHCIA
oh god, bricks are affected by fog. I spy a vignette.
I will be dumping my fraps folder the moment this is released.
I haven't heard from the update for so long, I nearly gave up hope.
I- I love you

Does that just mean that you can't comment?
Yeah.
will shadows cast onto skylands? i sure hope NOT
I presume Skylands won't exist.

um, also, uh,

this was from when I still had a lot of faith in Roblox and expressed this in several comment-based arguments.
(meaning, a really long time ago.)

would your majesty be so kind as to undo this

That isn't the problem, the problem is feeling unclean when I add too many and feeling like I'm missing out if I don't add any

so

I was having a super fun getting distracted from my diversions from my time-killing time when I encountered some particularly lousy textures in windhelm

in the search for better textures I found the nexus site and got into adding mods

so I added one
and another
and a few more

soon enough I had 67 mods and nothing felt right
I haven't even reached every hold yet

so I panicked and deleted everything but my last vanilla save point

I'm currently downloading again. How would you advise someone with OCD tendencies to approach modding?

I suppose there's reasons to fight for or against both sides. I will surely have to make an imperial-sympathizing character (though I'm sure I would have regardless). I fear I will not be getting into my New Vegas DLCs for some time..

I see, then.

So that's why everyone seems to hate high elves.

The way I see it, agreeing to enforce the ban on the worship of Talos is what caused unrest to begin with.

The Imperials want to rule over Skyrim and arrest/torture people for worshiping the god of their homeland

They are pretty much national socialists of Tamriel

going to prove myself worthy of joining the stormcloaks

dragon attacks citizens and horses right outside the city

defeat using a combination of axe, bow and ice

small crowd gathers as I absorb its power, guard runs from the bridge carrying a torch

"it's just like the ancient legends... dragonborn."

still gotta kill ice wraith
