Modification Help / Amended Adjustable Plate skybox not downloading for clients

I added a skybox to the Adjustable Plate map and edited the GUI to make it available (side help: why's it put "Button" over it?) to quickly switch between.
It works fine in single player and as the host, but clients who do not have the file only see blue (they all selected download textures).
How do I convince it to see this as a thing they need?

stick to interiors
Excluding exterior, 9/10. It feels like some of the hallways and busier rooms get too crowded, I'd prefer if the rugs were on level with the rest of the floor, and the Gold Room doesn't have the right feel to it.
Other than that, this is pretty much a fantastic eerie flashback palace and I salute you, fellow nostalgia replicator.

When I stall in progress on a build, I start jumping between the highest points, back and forth or all around the edges. It's especially bad if there's a lot of corners and gaps to cross. I sometimes end up doing that for minutes at a time, especially when I'm typing to people instead of planning or building.
