Eksi, it's gyazo's fault, the images end up with a stupidass sad face after like half an hour.

People, how about http://imgur.com/tools/ ?

Hyperdesktop is a very good replacement for gyazo.

Well the only examples I've seen of it getting forgeted was when people forgot to actually link to the image itself.

Then again, I only use gyazo to quickly show something on my desktop. THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR. I use tinyurl or imageshack for anything remotely permanent.

A two minute fraps recording is 3GB. Any position responsible for handling the creation and organization of clips that is not "Director" is currently impractical.

If at all possible, I'd love to be a director. What should I create as an app?

A short video which uses actors, a good background/set build, and follows some sort of plot.

Presumably you want to be a director. That's a no, sadly.

I'm going to be very strict about letting in directors. I want them to be nearer my level in editing. This group is primarily for people with skills that would be useful in video making, not for grouping video makers (an error on my part: perhaps I should change it from Videographers to Videography). The quality of audio/video on these is rather bad, and your very few videos are not particularly impressive. Try doing videos that need careful editing, and getting some practice (and maybe some better software).
