The one and only time I got a virus, on my old laptop. At least a year or two ago, when I was looking for some kind of software or driver (for this stupid thing I never did get working quite right), I was getting a bit desperate and ended up at a site which bombarded me with pop-ups. I soon started getting very suspicious research links on my desktop and AVG basically went "WHAT DID YOU DO"

« on: August 24, 2011, 12:34:02 AM »i personally find voice acting in games like blockland incredibly out of place, (especially in something as silly as this) but that's just a personal thingWell, it opens it up to the characters being much more expressive. Lines, read properly, can be sillier than a computer voice. I see where you're coming from, but given the pros and cons, I would still go with human voice actors.
Also, the computer voice gave the series it's own little personalityFor me, that was always just temporary. I only had the three voices to work with, so it seemed I couldn't really go anywhere with it. I probably would have had to recycle one for RMS. I do admit it was a mistake to change it so abruptly within the same tennis, without any warning or explanation.
and the background noise thing the mics do annoys the forget out of meThere wasn't any additional background noise from these lines.

« on: August 24, 2011, 12:03:45 AM »I was expecting more excitement and discussion from Part 8 finally being out (somewhat), everyone was so curious as to when it'd be out, and now it's out, but it's like everyone stop caring?Well it's getting likes quicker than normal, and I think people generally expect me not to release the next part right away so it doesn't do much to ask. Some people have told me they're excited for part 2, though. People just get a little anxious when you keep them waiting for three months. <:S
