HOW laggy? is it tolerable?

It can't even run a damn pixel game (desktop destroyer) Besides, it's nowhere near HD in quality. Just get the Fraps trial, record a bunch of 30 second clips, then put it together in windows movie maker.

EDIT:

I believe it is. Also, every screen recorder out there uses a considerable amount of memory.

Computer specs?

Looks like it just depends on your computer hardware... and what you consider tolerable.

Hypercam 3.
Although you need to make sure you set it up right.
Also, it leaves a small box saying "HYPERCAM 3 UNREGISTERED" in the top left corner of the screen.

Nope, it's laggy as hell.

Are you going to add something  to use ore for, such as walls (when you add some threat first), citidels/castles, etc. Also with the threat thing, maybe you can add iron, furnaces, and weapon smiths.

You should add a main menu with options, new game settings, load game settings, and exit button.
Also if u had new game/load game things, then you should add a save system.
