Send them by train.  None of the rail lines have been reported as damaged or destroyed in the northern districts.  Carry them to Aushaka (A major city in the north) and we will ship them to the areas that need it.

Not necessarily violent, maybe.  What if the spirit world saw Korra as irresponsible with her avatar powers and Ammon was bestowing the Avatar spirit to her.

Avalonian ships laden with supplies move down the grand cbrown town at maximum speed, the rubble of the Avalonian building is frantically being removed, but the ships' progress is slowed by fallen trees. Light cavalry carrying essential supplies have been sent ahead to begin immediate aid. Ships are also being sent by sea.
Erinaum sends out a warning of a new danger: Tsunamis.  They had reportedly hit the Colonies pretty hard, with a death toll of 2,000.

Avalonia prepares for further disaster by stockpiling food, water, and medical supplies.

Avalonia makes a formal and standing land claim on the lava moon.
I doubt we'll have the technology for that.  Once a baloon gets to a point in the atmosphere, they would explode or drift down, because there would be no air pressure to guide the balloon up.  Let alone getting through the vacuum of space at the speed of a rising hot air balloon would take thousands, if not, millions of years.
Hot air balloons have had some success, and Avalonia plans to begin an expedition as soon as the current crCIA has been dealt with.

Use the old wire to fasten together the two pipe pieces better and tie the wrench firmly to the end piece.
Use new wire to tie firmly to the end of the crosspiece.  Use the newly made "grappling hook" to climb on top of your new shelter and have a good look around.

Erinamese Historians look back at early Erinamese culture and date the earliest settlers of modern Erinaum back 55,000 years, although most of its history was clan warfare to gain control of iron, stone and farmland.  The union that is seen today in modern Erinaum has only existed for 1,792 years.  The Estuvarians (Once known as the Greater Erinamese, now extinct) of the south were found to have little resemblance to the Erinamese of the highlands and have history of conquering and strife stretching back possibly 8 million years.

Weeks after this discovery, a massive earthquake hits West Erinaum.  Several buildings in Erinaum and New Caprica topple to the ground.  A part of the East Wing of the Great Library in Erinaum collapses.  Several Caprican artifacts are damaged or destroyed, including some of the first original Caprican printing presses.  An original statue of Gyrtyunau, a philosopher from a thousand years ago is damaged by a falling bookshelf from the second story library in the North Wing.  A large Avalonian fortification topples into the Great Cbrown town 3000 miles away.  Fires consume inland Erinamese cities in the deserts and southern highlands.  The Erinamese Civil Relief force is working at 110% potential.  Erinaum sends a message of urgency to Avalonia.
