Water and lots of it.  Tea if possible.  Do not drink Arizona Tea.  Also if you have fish oil tablets and don't take them normally, take two with a swig of water.  They may "grease" your system, but will take time to take effect.

Also, did I get your Steam?

Drink water and eat prunes.  It's probably your best bet at the moment.  If you don't have prunes.  If you can substitute water for a hot tea, do it.
