Everyone knows the poll is rigged, you put up contestants only because you knew them or they did you some sort of service and you have not accepted any nominations from the general community.

I.E.  No one wants to see how it turns out because it won't count for anything.

Well, item select, or have it contain events that let it choose what items are allowed/restricted.

Or are you asking for a container that you can store items in, and people can take things out and put things in?
