Oh please,
1) There is no distortion of the water around the penguin.
2) Penguin is semi-transparent. You can see reflections of the plants behind it through its head
3) Penguin is not facing up in the water or any logical direction.
4) It's just a picture of a penguin rotated and pasted onto the other photo.
5) That thing looks pretty perky for being dead.
Fake, photoshop, lies, whatever you want to call it.

All of our 2 catapults stop firing. Does this mean I have to give the prisoners a break?

I send one of my couriers to all of the Emperors involved in the war and the Thieves Guild Leader to give them a letter stating:By all means then you have the right to fire back IF Avalonian ships are still firing. I'd suppose he didn't see the conference notice. Erinamian ships have called for a ceasefire and withdrawn from the bombardment line. Do not pursue them or we shall declare direct war.
To whomever reads this,
A meeting will be held in the Grand Masonian Hall to talk about negotiations for the end of this war. We must stop all of this meaningless blood shed. We will attempt to end this war within reason.

The remaining EE and EHMU soldiers wait in Masona's capitol as protection should a riot break out.
On a similar note, if we are going to pursue gunpowder, we might as well focus on jumping straight to the Renaissance age. There appears to also be no "collapse of the Roman Empire" event in proportion to cause the Dark Ages.
