I'm not going to defend Tony's behavior, but aren't you all getting riled up by a small, and for the mean time, negligable problem? People have their social flaws, but I have yet to see Tony aggressively go after anyone, something that has been frequent in this topic.

Another rule to be added, as well as something that you should have done here is format the OP to be easy to read. Sorry, but if you plan on making a clear and concise guide, grammar, punctuation, and spacing are very important. I understand the "all lower case looks calmer and informal" argument, but a formal guide deserves formal formatting.
